Pulaski Days 2010 happens this weekend

Come out and enjoy three days of Polish hospitality, food, music, and activities at 14 halls and clubs around Grand Rapids this weekend for Pulaski Days 2010.

All participating halls will have Polish dinners with kielbasa, golumbki, pierogi, kapusta, potatoes, and hot dogs. Most dinners are around $7. Each will also provide live music, polka, and beverages. Bar hours, menu, and cover charges vary by location.

The Pulaski Days parade is scheduled for tomorrow, Oct. 2 at 11 a.m. It will take place on West Fulton, starting at Seward and ending at John Ball Park Zoo. Parade trophies will follow at Kosciuszko Hall.

Live Music Highlights:

7 p.m. - 12 a.m. - The Kielbasa Kings Polka Band @ Sons & Daughters
1 p.m. - 5 p.m. - Grand River Polka Band @ Eastern Ave Hall
2:30 - 7:30 p.m. - The Diddle Styx @ Kosciuszko Hall
