Artesian Distillers, a manufacturer of specialty spirits and private label products, is scheduled to open its first location in Grand Rapids in late October, called Beverage Solution Technologies.
Leslie Iglesias and Amir Haririan, owners, are in the final stages of preparation to open the doors for business. The distillery will manufacture private label spirits for domestic and global clients.
Along with private label bottling, Beverge Solution Technologies will produce a signature line of vodka, whiskey, and rum. Its line of Antidote and RMD, pronounced "remedy," will be available in some markets and selected fine establishments in Michigan, Illinois, and Wisconsin by the holidays.
The new business, located in the 955 Ken-O-Sha Industrial Park Dr. S.E., is a welcome addition to the Grand Rapids community. The facility is licensed to sell its products to the general public as well as offering a tasting room. The plant will hire 20+ employees with anticipated growth in the near future.
